"trading vessels, we left the Pratas on the 19th instant
"and proceeded on our return voyage, arriving at Hong-
"kong on the 20th, and after reporting to the Commodore
"proceeded to Canton etc. etc."
On receipt of the foregoing report, the Viceroy
has to communicate the same for the honourable Consul's
information, and avails &c.,
